Hi, I am Carla and this is my cystitis story
It was never explained to me that a weakened defence system could be a reason I was suffering from Cystitis. Or in fact that there could be many contributing factors as to why I was struggling to overcome repeat infections.
I had little idea at this time how my food and lifestyle habits could play such an important role in my recovery. What I came to discover about myself, is that stress played a big factor in my personal journey with infection and illness.
