Easy salad for your brain, gut and heart

Packed full of good fats and nutrients to support brain, digestive and heart health!



Here’s what’s in it:


  • Spinach

  • Avocado

  • Cashews

  • Smoked salmon

  • Spring onion

  • Soy sauce

  • Brown rice (under what you can see)

And finished with a big squeeze of lemon…always a squeeze of lemon!


I pre-cooked the rice to make this quick and easy to put together. Enjoy at home or take on your travels in a sealed container - don’t forget your fork! You just need to add the ingredients to your shopping list to make creating this lunch possible.


If you don’t eat fish, don’t add it. The cashews are a source of protein and fat. Or replace with cooked mushrooms or tofu.
