Making rituals that last in the memory

I make these pancakes every Friday when I’m at home. I’ve played with the recipe over the years but this combo is the compromise we’ve arrived at so they still contain good stuff and that my kids actually like to eat .
I choose to make them every Friday because it feels fun and rituals like this last in the memory. It’s the only day of the week my youngest doesn’t need me to get her out of bed 😂
What to put in your pancakes?
BALANCE: You can be creative with fruit toppings, add nuts for more goodness and to balance your blood sugars.
ENERGY: The whole oats, spelt and yoghurt will help balance blood sugars and provide you with good energy.
Classic lemon and sugar is a fav in our house.
Give them a try - quick to make if you have the ingredients in so add them to your next shop.
Choose a day of the week you think needs a boost. Might make Monday’s mornings a bit brighter.
